Your Support for SBT's Annual Summer Fundraiser 2018 Will Make An Impact!
Upon returning home, our dedicated veterans come out of military service with an array of skills that many private companies seek and are eager to hire. Those who have served our country are indeed leaders who value teamwork, excel at making decisions in high-pressure situations, and thrive in team environments. Yet, many return from long deployments, or years in the military, unsure where and how to find a civilian career that matches their skills and ambitions.Our job at Stand Beside Them, Inc is simple: we coach transitioning veterans to find fulfilling jobs, often with companies that need people with their degree of passion, commitment, and unique skill set. U.S. Marine Corps veteran Bryan McLean and U.S. Air Force veteran Rodney Bolton are but two examples of veterans who overcame obstacles during transition and reached very successful career outcomes after receiving SBT coaching from our certified and accomplished volunteer coaches. Since our launch in 2013 we have given thousands of coaching sessions to our transitioning veterans and their spouse/ care givers and testimonials to the impact that coaching had upon their lives can also be seen here on our website: www.standbesidethem.org/testimonials We need your support to help more veterans than ever before! Your donation will help us continue to pair veterans around the country with professionally trained volunteer coaches who can help them build an effective resume, navigate the job market, and network with people and companies who will help make their career goals a reality.
