The United States has the best-trained military in the world. But as well prepared as our servicemen and women are to defend our country, they are often not well prepared for life after military service. For many that transition can be very difficult.

Since 2013, Stand Beside Them has provided free, 1:1 coaching services to veterans, spouses, and caregivers to empower them to succeed at work, at home, and in their community.

Forward-focused and solution based, coaching allows veterans to focus on their own goals and work with a professional, certified coach from our nationwide network with the specific expertise to meet their needs. Whether it is finding employment, starting new businesses, completing their educations, improving personal relationships, assessing for new vocations, or locating health care to fully meet their needs, SBT coaches are here to help.

Our clients consistently report coaching helped to increase their optimism, sense of purpose, and confidence:

"I didn't just [improve] bullet points on my resume as a result of coaching, [I improved] optimism and self-confidence as well!" Chris Godfrey, US Army Veteran

"The coaching has been an invaluable experience that opened up new opportunities for me and my husband." Simone Bolton, US Air Force Veteran Spouse

"Some things are priceless, and my experience with Stand Beside Them is one of them. It helped calm my nerves about life and my career." Brian Alegia, US Marine Corps Veteran

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Stand Beside Them will be raising funds to help us meet the huge demand for our coaching services.

Honor our nation's veterans by ensuring that those who have served have a bright future. Make your gift today.
